She has been a Local Authority Lead Adviser, FE Head of School for Early Childhood Studies, National Strategies Regional Adviser, headteacher and early years consultant and trainer. She is particularly experienced in supporting quality improvement, and monitoring and evaluating early years services in the UK and internationally.
