Tribal are delighted to announce that Instep UK Ltd are the latest training provider to select Tribal’s leading learner management system Maytas, alongside the powerful ePortfolio tool Maytas Hubs and Digital Authentication.

Instep is a training provider, offering highly skilled training and consultancy to companies around the UK, including many household names such as DPD, Warburtons, Foxs and Lookers.

Instep UK needed a system in place to complete their Individualised Learner Record (ILR) returns, with experience of Maytas they were aware of its many benefits. They selected the core Maytas system which allows them to manage their ILR returns process efficiently and accurately, alongside slick reporting capabilities. They also acquired the Digital Authentication module, which allows all paperwork generated by Maytas and Maytas Hubs requiring a signature to be digitised and stored in an electronic format.

Maytas will integrate seamlessly with Maytas Hubs, to streamline operations and influence more positive learner outcomes. Instep UK will be able to measure in Maytas Hubs each learner’s progression against funding and manage submitted evidence and reporting.

Angela Metcalfe, Head of Management Information at Instep UK said:

“We are happy to be using Tribal technology that will allow us to effectively claim our funding, whilst being fully compliant with the ESFA rules. It takes a weight off our minds to have integrated technology in place to help relieve some of the administration that comes with being a training provider. The addition of Digital Authentication will enable us to digitise our processes, reducing time and risk associated with audit trails.”

Speaking on behalf of Tribal, Penny Johnson, Account Manager said:

“We are thrilled to be working with Instep UK, Maytas and Maytas Hubs will allow them to easily deal with their funding efficiently, freeing up more time for their teams to focus on their training, consultancy and learner outcomes.”
